From operator to founder of the platforms providers run on.
After a decade in senior leadership in Vietnam, Tanya returned to Western Australia and founded District 360, a registered NDIS provider. Running it from the inside led her to build LAMA Care, the platform it now runs on, and District Tech Group, the company behind it. Today she leads teams across Australia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Brazil, with Australian operations in WA, VIC, QLD and NSW.

My story began with youth homelessness. It led me to a corporate career at Nielsen, a decade in Vietnam, and eventually to building businesses of my own across care, technology and ecommerce.
